The conference is held at the Alvisse Parc Hotel and rooms have been pre-booked for the participants.

Rooms Reservation

Bedrooms are proposed at the rate of 97€ per night for a single bed bedroom, continental breakfast included.

Availabilites are guaranteed up to 11 October 2019. After this date, rooms will start being released following this schedule:

• Until 11 October, 100% of the rooms are guaranteed.
• Until 27 October, 80% are guaranteed.
• On 13 November, 50% of the non-booked rooms are released.
• On 17 November, 20% of the non-booked rooms are released.
• From 17 November, no more rooms are guaranteed.

Details on how to proceed to beneficiate from the special rate of 97€ will be explained in your registration confirmation email.
